  First off, the shakes are AMAZING. I don't know what they use in them but they are some of the best shakes around!
  
  I had the classic burger and it was cooked perfectly. The bun is also very nice and perfect for the type of burger.
  
  Shout out to the waitress, Jazzmine today. My mom has a small medical issue today right when our food was delivered and she helped pack all our food up and got us the check ASAP. I really appreciate her kindness and help.

  I'm sad to write a less than stellar review because I'd heard such amazing things about Mona's.
  I will start by saying I'm sure the dine in experience is better than the Uber Eats version and I will update once I experience it differently.
  
  Ordered bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, curly fries with BBQ sauce.......what showed up was a hamburger, with bacon, curly fries with ranch. It wouldn't be the end of the world if I didn't actually have to pay to add cheese and grilled onions. And the ranch was like a thick paste so I didn't even try it, not my style.
  I'm bummed that my first experience was such a let down. I've attached the pic just to show you the burger itself was fine but not what I had ordered. PLUS this cost over $21 before the Uber fee's so definitely not worth it.

  It's an alright burger at its best.. I love the ambiance of the place and service is great but my review is solely on the food itself.
  
  I got the Beef Burger w/ Swiss cheese & caramelized mushrooms. Patty was under seasoned and cooked to well, when I asked for (medium-rare) pink inside.. In addition, the patty just tasted very generic. Doesn't seem like they had their own special blend. Sesame buns were a nice touch. But biting into the burger, didn't leave me a WOW factor. Tbh, it just reminded me of a 1/4 pounder burger from Mc'D.
  
  This place is a miss for me. It didn't leave me with a lasting impression where I was craving for more. I want my $13 burger to taste like one, not something where I can get it anywhere at a cheaper price for 2!

  I should judge a place by overall experience But then the music in the background sets the tone and I am feeling right at home.  Great 80's music set and burgers hit the spot.  Milkshake was authentic and curly fries were crunchie. .I totally recommend trying other burger selections on the menu. The medium rare burger patties were perfectly cooked.  We were in a hurry to go to a wedding so just ordered the classic.  Beer and wine selection was sufficient and satisfying!  Service was great and wall decor fits the eccentric little find!
  
  Will definitely come back..even just for happy hour and music!

  Made it back around to this location after an ehh experience the first time. This time around we did to go so the customer service is not really rateable in my book. But it was ready when we got there so the wait time has improved. Yay. We ordered two burgers and 2 small sides to go. The classic burger with cheese, california with a veggie burger normal bun, small french fries and small onion rings with ranch.The food was yummy! Because it was to go I think the fries and onion rings loss some of their crunch. But they were still yummy. Monas has the best onion rings in town! If you havent tried them you need to! Nothing amazing popped out about this visit but on the other hand nothing bad happened thus the 4 stars. I will have to come back a third time to see how the experience truly is! Or maybe that's just an excuse to eat more onion rings. Oh well, we will never know will we?
